Feed the front locking lever handle through the power post crossbeam and connect the joining rod to the threaded
tube nuts and lock nuts.

Feed the lock lever through the rear crossbeam and connect to the joining rod and lock nuts.
3.
Once the locking leaver has been installed and all lock nuts have been tightened, then you can install the rod ends to
the lever bracket.

Note: Check all lock nuts are
completely
tight prior to operation.
