TEP 1
Use the proper tool, take off the cover on the roof top to locate the M8 threaded hole. Place a Rubber Seal for each hole.
Installing the Base Bracket: Put two Carriage Bolts M8*30 on the Base Bracket upside down. Align the middle hole to the
vehicle
’
s M8 threaded hole. ( See FIG 4 )

Set position for the Adapter Base. Two of the upside down bolts should also goes through the Adapter Base.( See FIG 5-1 )
Installing the rack set onto the roof:
Connecting the Mounting Bases with the Adapter Bases. Set the Bolt M8*45 on the Mounting
Base’
s middle hole; Align all three holes then connect the Mounting Bases and Adapter Kit together; Tighten the Bolt M8*45 to
secure the rack with the vehicle. Tighten the other two Carriage Bolts M8*30 on the Adapter with Nuts & Washers( See FIG 5-2 ).
After installing the rack set, adjust all the Cross-Bars to align with each other
and tighten all fasteners
. Insert the Rubber Sealing
Strip into the Cross-Bar’s upper & lower channel to reduce wind-noise. Cut the right length as needed.
( See FIG 5-3 ).
