TEP 1
Insert two Nut-Clip to the Roof Bracket ( the U-shaped bracket ). Align both side-holes of the Mounting Base to
the Nut-Clips pre-thread holes.
( See FIG 16 )

TEP 2
Connecting the Mounting Bases onto the factory brackets with two Bolts M8*20, tighten the bolts with Washers
M8 & Spring Washers M8 for security.
( See FIG 17-1 )
After installing the rack set, adjust all the Cross-Bars to align with each other and tighten all fasteners. Insert the
Rubber Sealing Strip into the Cross-Bar’s upper & lower channel to reduce wind-noise. Cut the right length as
needed.( See FIG 17-2 ).
