Slide the Tie Down ( two for each bar ) into the Cross-Bar
’
s slot with 2 T-Bolts M8*25 follow-by, then tighten
with a Plastic Adjust-Knob, Washer M8 & Spring Washer M8. (
Installation of the ladder stoppers is optional for
customers’ personal preference.
See FIG 2-1 & 2-2 ). Seal the Cross-Bar with two Tubular-Caps. ( See FIG 2-3 )

Use a ladder or any assistance tools, put the assembled rack set onto the vehicle
’s roof. Be careful!
As your van type, adjust the Mounting Base on both side of rack to the appropriate position. Make sure that the
distance from the Tubular-Caps to the Mounting Bases is the same. ( See FIG 3-1 )
TIP:
FOR THREE-BAR SET OF AX302 & AX312 ASSEMBLY
, please begin with the middle mounting base set
( the
one with the lower Mounting Base )
for the better stability of the system. ( See FIG 3-2 )

Mounting Base-Lower
