or Two-Bar Set Assembly
( Ideally speaking, set the bars onto the very front & very
rear anchor-point of van roof )
Find the threaded holes on the roof. They are a pair of M6 threaded holes on each corner. Take out the covers (if any).
Optional: Put a Rubber Seal on each hole to improve sealing.
Installing the rack set onto the roof: you need use for two of Bolts M6*30, Washers M6 & Spring Washers M6 on each
corner. ( See FIG 10-1 )
After installing the rack set, adjust all the Cross-Bars to align with each other and tighten all fasteners. Insert the Rubber
Sealing Strip into the Cross-Bar’
s upper & lower channel to reduce wind-noise. Cut the right length as needed.( See FIG 10 ).

or Three-Bar set assembly

When installing the middle bar-set, be sure to use the Lower
Mounting Base for the assembly.
)
Front & rear bar set assembly please follow FIG10 & FIG10-1. The Middle-Bar set assembly as below.
Find the threaded holes on the roof. It’

corner. ( See FIG 11-1 )
