Installing the suction probes
Install the probes on the floor of the Flexilo FLAT BOTTOM and following the
instructions below:
Arrange the 5 suction probes on the floor of the Flexilo FLAT BOTTOM according to the
following diagram (like a five on a dice). One suction probe in the middle, the other four
suction probes should be positioned in the middle of the 4 sub-squares.
Secure the suction probes using appropriate fixings to the floor of the Flexilo FLAT
BOTTOM. The surface on which the silo stands, must be suitable for the purpose and tested.
Ideally, the suction probes should be anchored to the concrete floor.
Use a soldering iron to burn holes in the fabric for the screw fixings and seal any leaks
arising with silicon.
Position the suction probes in the direction of the suction station such that the hoses are
routed using the shortest path possible.
Route the suction hoses directly from the connection station to the suction probes while
ensuring the suction probes are correctly connected.
Fix every hose to a suction probe with a hose clip.
