Fastening
Firmly tighten all screwed connections.
Fasten the frame to the floor.
Earth all steel parts as described in chapter “Earthing”.

Mounting of Filling-set(s)
1. Using the illustration below as a reference, assemble the individual components of
the filling line with the aid of the clamp rings. Earth the filling-set as described in
chapter Earthing.

2. Use the bolts provided to attach the filling line to the top bar.
3. Slide the filler neck over the filling line and beaded edge of the filling pipe as far as
possible and secure with the aid of the hose clamp provided.
4. Only use A.B.S. metallic filling pipes with smooth edges on the inside.
5. Always finish with the provided 500 mm moderating line.
6. Always furnish the couplings with a temporary cover.
Pay attention that the rubber lip
shows inside.
Correct fastening of the ground
strap clamp on the filling pipe.
Please cover the sealing ring over
the end of the metal pipe in the
intended nut of the sealing ring.
