Assembly Steps

6.2.1

Installing HBP bottom plate

•

Parts for the installation of HBP bottom plate are shown in Figure 6.1.

Place the HBP bottom plate on the top of Y-axis rail carriages. The edge with one
screw hole is on the left, and the edge with two screw holes is on the right. Then, align
the screw holes on the plate with the screw holes on the Y-axis rail carriages.

•

Insert M6

×

10 BHS screws and tighten them up evenly. When fastening screws, slide

the plate along the Y-axis rail back and force to ensure a smooth but not loose move-
ment. (Figure 6.2)
