UPPER FRAME AND COMPONENTS

Allocate a 340mm aluminum extrusion with M5 holes tapped on both ends.

Install a corner bracket on each end as shown in Figure 4.5. Do not tight up the
bracket in this step.

Before connecting the top horizontal frame to the upright frame, insert M5 T-
nuts into slots of the upright Z-axis aluminum extrusions and the top horizontal
aluminum extrusion per list in Table 3 and Table 4. The information for X-axis
rails in Table 3 and rear aluminum extrusions in Table 4 will be needed in later
sections of this chapter. Notice that there is already one M5 T-nut in the rear side
of left-front and right-front aluminum extrusions, respectively, for the installation
of corner brackets.
