Assembly Steps
3.2.1
Assembling lower frame
•
Connect the Y-axis rail support aluminum extrusion
–
Allocate a 420mm aluminum extrusion with a M5 tapped hole on one side, and a
340mm aluminum extrusion with a through-hole drilled in the middle.
–
Insert a M5
×
12mm BHS screw into the tapped hole of 420mm aluminum extru-
sion. Keep the screw half-way into the hole, and do not tight it up.
–
Align the 420mm aluminum extrusion with the 340mm aluminum extrusion as
shown in Figure 3.1.
