UPPER FRAME AND COMPONENTS

Install the bottom left vertex for Z-axis supporting aluminum extrusion as shown
in Figure 4.9.

Allocate a 340mm aluminum extrusion. Place one end against the bottom left
vertex, and insert M5 T-nuts per list in Table 4 (front: 1, left: 4, right: 0, rear:
4). Push the aluminum extrusion into the housing slot on the top and bottom
vertices, and tighten it up using M5
×
10 FHS screws. You may need to adjust the
top or bottom vertex to let the aluminum extrusion to fit in. Similarly, install the
Z-axis supporting aluminum extrusion on the right hand side. (Figure 4.10)
