MQC SYSTEM USER INTERFACE SETTINGS
Display Legend
The following information is applicable to all LED Display menu items:
MQC System Main Control Screen
The
Main Control
screen
allows the user to:
•
Navigate to the
Operational Mode
screen . See
“Operational Mode Screen” on page
48
.
•
Load fresh powder
into the system (To do this, the user must first scan the material tag
on the lid of the material container across the reader on the front panel of the MQC Sys-
tem . This will unlock the doors above the panel so that the material can be introduced
into the system .)
•
Trigger the
nitrogen cooling system
to cool the print cake using the nitrogen cooling lid
(located on the side of the MQC System) .

- Press button to return to the previous menu.
Rotate the button down to switch between items.

Operational Mode Screen
From the
Main Control Screen
, use the dial to highlight the menu item,
Operational mode

press the dial to select .
This menu allows the user to choose the mode of material handling for the MQC System .
•
Full
Cycle
will allow the MQC System and printer to control all material handling in fully-
automatic mode .
•
Local
Cycle
is the same as Full Cycle, except that all printer powder requests are ignored
by the MQC .
•
Choose
Stop Cycle
to turn material handling off .

Main Control

Select the destination of sifted powder (used bin or drum) . .

Activate Svc mode

Deactivate Svc mode
options are only available to service personnel .
