7 . Open the left door, then the right door all the way .
8 . Pour the entire contents of the material bottle into the grate .
9 .

When finished loading the material, properly dispose of the cap and container.

10 . Close the right door, then the left door . Ensure they are fully closed . The doors will then lock .

NOTE: Do not leave the station until the material has been added and the doors have been securely closed .

NOTE: If the system detects that less than 7 .5kg (the weight of a full material container) has been added to the

material input, you may receive a notification message on the screen telling you to retry if necessary or click to

continue . You may use the same tag from the container three times before it becomes invalid . This is only until the
full 7 .5kg has been added from the container .

The MQC System must be in Full cycle mode for material to be sent from the blended bin to the ProX 500 . Before selecting

Set the MQC System to Full Cycle Mode

The MQC System requires at total of 20 kg to blend material . If the Fresh ratio is set to

50%, then 10 kg of fresh material and 10 kg of recycled material is required for a blend

cycle to start . It is recommended that the blended bin be empty and that the MQC

System be set to
