The OfficeConnect
®
Internet Firewall has been designed to
help you detect and solve possible problems with the
network. If you cannot find the solution to the problem in
this chapter, please contact Technical Support (see
Appendix H
for information about contacting Technical
Support).
First, try the following:
■
Make sure that all equipment is switched on.
■
Switch off the Internet Firewall, wait approximately
5 seconds, and then switch it back on. Wait for the
Power LED to stop flashing (approximately 90 seconds).
The contents of the log are lost when doing this.
Potential Problems
The following is a list of problems you may experience with
your OfficeConnect Internet Firewall.
Power LED Not Lit
Check the power adapter connection. If there is still no
power, you may have a faulty power adapter which needs
replacing with another OfficeConnect power adapter.
Do not use any other power adapter with the Internet
Firewall.
