X2002 User’s Guide

Priority

Select an agent from the

Available Exten.

list, then choose a priority.

The priority indicates to whom the incoming calls are routed first.

The highest priority is

while the lowest priority is

If multiple agents share the same priority, then the

Ring Strategy

applies first to the highest priority group, then if all those agents are
engaged it applies to the next group, and so on.
