Troubleshooting

This chapter offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are 
divided into the following categories. 

•

Power, Hardware Connections, and LEDs

•

PM7300-T0 Access and Login

•

Internet Access

16.1  Power, Hardware Connections, and LEDs

The PM7300-T0 does not turn on. None of the LEDs turn on.

Make sure the PM7300-T0 is turned on.

Make sure you are using the power adapter or cord included with the PM7300-T0.

Make sure the power adapter or cord is connected to the PM7300-T0 and plugged in to an appropriate 
power source. Make sure the power source is turned on.

Turn the PM7300-T0 off and on.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

One of the LEDs does not behave as expected.

Make sure you understand the normal behavior of the LED. See 

Section 2.1.1 on page 11

.

Check the hardware connections.

Inspect your cables for damage. Contact the vendor to replace any damaged cables.

Turn the PM7300-T0 off and on.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
