23.2 What You Can Do
• Use the
DLNA
screen to use the EMG6765-Q10A as a media server and allow DLNA-compliant devices
to play media files stored in the attached USB device (
).
• Use the
SAMBA
screen to enable file-sharing via the EMG6765-Q10A using Windows Explorer or the
workgroup name. This screen also allow you to configure the workgroup name and create user
accounts (

FTP
screen to allow file sharing via the EMG6765-Q10A using FTP and create user accounts

23.3 What You Need To Know
DLNA
The Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) is a group of personal computer and electronics companies
that works to make products compatible in a home network. DLNA clients play files stored on DLNA
servers. The EMG6765-Q10A can function as a DLNA-compliant media server and stream files to DLNA-
compliant media clients without any configuration.
