19. Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems while using the phone, or if it
performs abnormally, you can refer to the chart below. If your
particular problem cannot be resolved using the information in
the chart, contact the dealer where you purchased the phone.

hot The phone is charging.
While charging, the
device may heat up. This is normal and
should not affect the
device’s lifespan or
performance.
You are using apps that
require more power or
for an extended period
of time.
You are using the phone
in hot environments.
Stop using the phone or
turn it off until you
return to normal
temperature
environment.
The phone is
overheating. Cease using the phone
immediately and
unplug it from any
power source to let it
cool down. Do not hold
on to the phone for too
long to avoid burn
injuries.
Phone slow
to respond The available memory
(RAM) is running low. Restart your phone to
clear the RAM or stop
unnecessary
applications (see
Apps ).
