Connect your phone to a computer via USB

Connect your phone to the PC with a USB cable.

Open the notification panel and touch

(Connected

as...)

Choose one of the following options:



Media device (MTP):

Transfer files on Windows® PC or

Mac®.



Camera (PTP):

Transfer photos using camera software.

Connect with Windows Media

player

You can sync music on your phone and the computer installed
with Windows Media Player.

Connect the phone with your computer via USB and
choose

Media device (MTP)

Open Windows Media Player and synchronize music,
picture, and video files.

Disconnect your phone from the computer

To disconnect the phone from the computer, simply unplug the
USB cable when you’re finished.

Unmount the microSD card

You can unmount the microSD card and make it inaccessible
from your phone while the phone is on.

Touch the

Home

key

> Settings > Storage >

Unmount SD card > OK

The

icon appears in the status bar and you can now

safely remove the microSD card from the phone.
