Headlights assembly

Remove the bolts

⑴

shown in picture 1 with a 6# hexagon socket.

Remove 2 bolts

⑴

on the bottom.

Hold the headlight assembly and pull it forward. Remove the three plugs of the left and right turn signals and

headlights.

●

Headlight cable storage box

Remove all plugs from the cable storage box. Remove the oil line, FMC tubing, clutch line, and switch cable

from the bracket bend.
Cut the cable tie

Remove the bolt

on the bottom with the 4# hex, remove the bushing

and buffer rubber

⑽

Remove the bolts

⑷

on both sides with 4# hex, and then remove the cable storage box

⑹

pedestals

from the cable storage box.

Remove 2 bolts

with 6 # hexagonal socket, and then remove the bracket
