PROCEDURE:

●

Muffler assembly

  Untile the strap

⑿

 whitch tie on the right bumper.Use one hand to support the fixing seat

⑴

 above and inside

the right guard bar, pull the oxygen sensor plug up with the other hand, remove the plug from the fixing seat,

and then pull out the plug.

  Refer to "Water tank decoration cover assembly 1" in the chapter on cooling system components to remove
the water tank decoration cover. Loosen the bolts 

⑶

 and 

⑷

 on both sides of the main water tank with an 8#

sleeve, push the radiator assembly forward to expose 2 pieces of nuts 

⑸

, and then remove them with a 6#

inner hexagon.
  Remove the bolt

⑵

in the middle of the muffler with a 6# inner hexagon. In order to facilitate the next

operation, this bolt needs to be manually screwed back for about 5 turns.

CAUTION:

●

The material should be protected during disassembly to prevent damage to the paint.

●

The muffler should be completely cooled before it is disassembled.
