2.2 Analysis of battery

Battery cannot be

full charged

Check whether brake light

always illuminates.

A d j u s t o r r e p l a c e

brake switch.

Set ignition switch to OFF position.Remove cathode wire

from storage battery.Connect the cathode end of current

meter to the cathode of storage battery and anode end to

the anode of storage battery.Check the leakage of electric

current.

The value of electric current leakage is

smaller than the stated value.

Check whether the charging coil of

generator has short circuit.

The value of electric current leakage is bigger

than the stated value.(Normally,the electric

current is required to be below 1mA
