SYNC CHK
After Synchronizing and setting the Time, the SYNC CHK procedure should be used to confirm
synchronization. Press
to start the SYNC CHK procedure. The basic steps are:
Set the FREQ of the receiver and XMT to match.
Set channel 1 comp field to IREF as the internal reference.
Set channel 2 comp field to XMT and connect the channel inputs to the XMT Sync Out ports.
Turn Off all other channels not connected to a synchronized signal.

The program will take readings of the various signals, and compare the phase of the XMT, or
other device, to the IREF (or EREF) channel. The phase should be close to 0.0. If any input
phase differs more than 0.1 mrad to the reference, the test will fail.
