V3 SYSTEM CHECKLIST
*For 4 Pin or OBDII installed vehicles: Requires vehicle to physically
move at least 5 MPH for at least 100 feet to properly complete new
install checkout. If this is not performed GPS and discrete IO data will
not be present in GTC until those thresholds are met
