VASELINE APPLICATION ON DIES
Using a tungsten carbide bur, round off the pin of
the die as shown in the fi gure.
Repeat the same process for all dies.
Using a brush, apply a thin layer of vaseline on the
displayed surface to ensure the die insertion and
removal.
Cure the dies for 10 minutes in the L300 Post-Curing
Lamp.
Check the model base to make sure all dies have
been placed correctly.
Insert the prepared die into the model.
Cure the model together with the dies for other
10 minutes in the L300 Post-Curing Lamp.
