TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION! Opening the housing of the device without a prior contact with a manufacturer’s service
voids the warranty. If you suspect a failure that requires the housing to be opened, contact manufacturer’s
service.
Error description Possible causes Solution
The device rocks to sides The device was placed on an uneven
surface.
There is an object disrupting the
balance under the base of the device. Place the device on an even surface.
Remove the object that upsets the
balance.
The bases have not be assembled
correctly. Assembly the bases correctly.
Level the caps on the rear base.
Caps on the base have not been
installed and levelled correctly. Assembly the rear base correctly.
Level the caps on the rear base.
The saddle or handlebar sway
Bolts and knobs of the saddle
column or handlebar column have
not been tightened. Tighten the bolts and knob of the
saddle or handlebar column.
Noise during use Incorrectly tightened elements. Contact the manufacturer’s service.
Slight humming noise may be heard during operation due to the inertial
movement of the flywheel caused by the nature of the structure. It does not
affect the operation of the device. Any possible humming noises heard when
rotating the pedals backwards occur for technical reasons and have no
negative consequences.
Noise and uneven operation Bearings damaged. Contact the manufacturer’s service.
Lack of appropriate
resistance during training Resistance adjustment cable
connected incorrectly. Connect the cable correctly as per
the assembly manual.
Drive belt loose. Contact the manufacturer’s service.
The distance between
the flywheel and
the magnets increased. Contact the manufacturer’s service.
Voltage regulator
damaged. Contact the customer service of the
manufacturer’s service.
No Bluetooth
connection
Bluetooth connectivity issues. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile
device. Pair your mobile device with
ZIPRO.
E-1 The device receives no input while
measuring the user's body fat. Keep both hands on the pulse
sensors during the measurement.
E-2 Power system error. Contact the manufacturer's service.
E-4 The numerical scale was exceeded
when reporting the age, height, or
weight of a user. When entering user data, provide
data that fit the scale.
E-7 The cables connecting the console to
the bike have become disconnected
or are not connected properly. Disconnect the power source, then
disconnect the cables. Reattach the
cables and power source. If the error
occurs again, repeat the process.
