Maintenance work every 100 operation hours
(Simultaneously perform the maintenance work for 50 working hours at the same time)
16.2.17 Lubrication of the swing bearing
• Fill with grease via the grease nipple (on the
right side of the machine).
• Lubricate at an angle of 90° (1.58 rad) (in relation
to the position of the upper carriage to the
lower carriage) to the swivel frame.
• Use a grease gun to fill in grease in each posi-
tion described above (approx. 5 strokes).
• Then distribute the grease over the teeth.
Maintenance work every 200 operation hours
(Simultaneously perform the maintenance work for 50 and 100 working hours at the same time)
16.2.18 Change air filter element
• Open the engine hood.
• Loosen screws (1) and remove air filter cover (2).
• Remove the inner and outer air filter elements
(3).
• Insert new air filter elements.
• When assembling, make sure that the air filter
cover is mounted correctly (the TOP mark (ar-
row) must point upwards). Then fix it with the
screws (1).
16.2.19 Check fuel line

Check that all lines and hose clamps are tight and not damaged.
• If lines or hose clamps are worn or damaged, they must be replaced or repaired immediately.

(Simultaneously perform the maintenance work for 50, 100, 200 and 500 working hours at the same
time)
16.2.20 Change hydraulic oil, return filter and intake filter
Hydraulic oil change (including the suction filter and return filter change in the hydraulic tank).
Top up or change hydraulic oil
NOTE: Only use recommended hydraulic oil when
refilling or changing!
When refilling hydraulic oil, do not mix oils of differ-
ent brands.

Check the hydraulic oil level at the sight glass
(4).
• If the hydraulic oil level is below 1/3, hydraulic oil
must be topped up (3).
NOTE:
When changing the hydraulic oil, it is recom-
mended to fill approx. 9l of hydraulic oil and then,
after checking the level, to fill up to the correct
quantity in order to avoid possible overfilling due to
residual quantities in the hydraulic system.
Change the return filter (2)
NOTE: The return filter (2) must be changed more
frequently, as it is contaminated by the frequent as-
sembly and disassembly of the hoses.
When changing, use only return filters with the
same specification.
In normal digging operations, hydraulic oil and the
suction filter (1) must be changed every 1000 work-
ing hours.
