Tap Operation: Side Touch Tap
IMPORTANT:
For the Industrial Side Touch Tap, to allow
the dispensing of boiling water,
the safety
lock setting must be DISABLED
using
the LCD touch screen on the Command
Centre.
Press [Menu] - [Safety & Security] -
[Boiling Safety].
Press the toggle to DISABLE “Boiling safety
lock”.
Note:
“Hot isolation” settings are not
available for the Industrial Side Touch tap.
Boiling water
Press both RED buttons simultaneously
to dispense boiling water, for 5 - 15
seconds (adjustable). Release the
buttons to stop the flow of water.

3 slow safety button presses required
prior to dispensing

chilled water for 5 - 15 seconds
