12 Error diagnosis
Error Possible cause Measure
Product does not move. • Minimum pressure not met

Increase the air pressure to
maximum.

Try to repeat the process.
• Throttle closed

Slowly open the adjustment screw
of the flow control valve until the
desired swivel time is reached.
• Power supply faulty

Check the pneumatic connections.
• Defective/incorrectly set sensors ► Check the sensors and the wiring.
►
Replace the sensors if defective.
• Weight of attachment parts/
workpieces too high
► Adjust the values to the technical
data of the product.
• Functional components damaged

• Unnecessary connections open

suitable covers.
