Heating

When moving and laying the pressure cooker, use one hand to take short lower handle and

another to take long lower handle not only holding one side to prevent destroying components.

The pressure cooker must be put on the flat surface. When heated, the diameter of oven can’t

exceed the diameter of cooker. When using gas oven make sure the flame not wrap up the oven.

3.) In order to make the temperature to rise up immediately use strong fire for heating to

make the regulator work but the flame should not too strong.. After heating for a while,

there is a little steam out from safety valve, which is a normal situation. If the safety valve

work under normal condition there should be no steam out. When the regulator has steam

out and work ( please calculate the heating time now). please turn the heat resource into a

smallest level so that the cooking can save the energy in a most reasonable way. If the

regulator stop emitting the steam during cooking please strong the heat resource. If the

regulator emit the steam quickly please reduce the heat resource.

4) Heating source. ASD series pressure cooker suitable for all types of cookers including gas &

induction & electric stove.

But the enamel cooker body is can not be used for induction cookers.

Attention

Don’t go away when cooking and watch to make sure normal situation.

Don’t touch the high temperature surface directly.

When cooking the sticky foods, make sure not much sticky. Shake the cooker lightly to

balance the difference of inside before cooking. Especially when you cook bean etc.

In the sake of safety, please follow the rules above in case the liquids vaporized to burn

and block the safety valve.

Switch off oven

When the heating terminated, then switch off oven and the safety valve will drop down.. (this

stage belong to cooking time )

Cooling down

1) The condition of instant cooling down

In order to reduce the temperature and pressure instantly you can push the button to make

regulator release steam (picture 11) or put the cooker under water for cooling (picture 12)

when safety valve dropped down you can open the lid.
