The machine has been verified for completeness according to the delivery note.
The machine has been pre-assembled. All safety-relevant equipment has been
mounted to the machine.
No malfunctions were detected at the trial run of the machine.
All required operating devices have been provided with the machine.
The customer
has been briefed himself in respect to the commissioning, operation, and
maintenance of the machine.
has been briefed in regard to the pivoting in operational and transport position.
has been briefed in regard to the function of the machine during the trial run.
has been handed the operating instructions. He has been informed to completely
and thoroughly read these and to comply with the respectively provided
instructions!
