FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC)
REGULATIONS

To comply with FCC regulations, the following requirements must be met:

1.

The FCC registration number (EYBUSA-73432-OT-E), ringer equivalence
number (0.4 B), and interface jack (RJ11) must be reported to the telephone
company, if so requested.

2.

This device must not be installed on coin-operated or multiparty telephone
lines.

3.

The sum of ringer equivalence numbers for all devices connected to a single
telephone line should not exceed 5 for reliable operation.

4.

Repair work on this device must be done by Zetron, Inc. or a Zetron-
authorized repair station.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is
operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can
radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with
the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful
interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at
his or her own expense.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manager of Zetron’s
