It is recommended to replace the UV-C module, safety solenoid and
chilled water hose every 2 years as part of regular maintenance.
Replacement parts are included in “Service 2” and “Service 3” kits.
To replace the UV-C module and chilled water hose:
Remove UV-C module
by pressing the collet
down, while pulling the
module up. Discard old
UV-C module.
Disconnect hose
from UV-C module
and tap tube.
Discard old hose.
Unplug the USB
connection from the
side of the HydroTap.
The electrical power
cable connections may
remain in place.
Connect new hose to UV-C
module. Push hose at least
15mm over the fittings.
Insert new UV-C
module into the port
marked CHILLED OUT.
Plug USB cable from
UV-C module into the
port at the side of the
Command Centre.
Turn power OFF
Next, replace the safety solenoid.
