YZ Systems,represents and warrants that for a period of 2 years from receipt of the product: (1) the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship; and (2) the
product will perform substantially in accordance with product manuals, literature, or documentation. Any written or oral information or advice given by YZ representatives,
agents, or employees will in no way increase the scope of this warranty. If the product fails to comply with the warranty set forth herein, YZ’s entire liability and the customer’s
exclusive remedy will be replacement of the product(s) or, at YZ’s option, YZ’s reasonable effort to make the product meet the warranty set forth herein. YZ disclaims all other
warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the product. This
limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state. These remedies are not available outside of the United States and Canada.
In no event shall YZ or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or
