Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use handles and kitchen gloves.
10. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
11. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts.
12. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
13. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
14. Do not place the appliance on or near hot gas or an electric burner, or
in a heated oven.
15. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing
hot oil or other hot liquids.
16. Never touch the
appliance with wet hands or feet.
17. To prevent damage or shock hazard do not cook in base. Cook only
in ceramic pot.
18. Authentic stoneware is fired at high temperatures therefore the
ceramic pot may have minor surface blemishes, the glass lid may
rock slightly due to these imperfection.
19. Do not put the ceramic pot or glass lid in an oven, freezer, and
microwave or on a gas/electrical hob.
20. Do not subject the ceramic pot to sudden changes in temperature.
Adding cold water or refrigerated food to hot pot could cause it to
crack.
21. Do not allow the pot to stand in water for a long time (you can leave
water inside the pot).
