Special scrapers are provided inside the band saw chamber which clean the saw of larger food residues. Under the lower pulley,
there is a sliding container for food residues removed by scrapers.
The scrapers should be removed for cleaning with jet of running water or by immersing in water with an addition of detergent. They
must be dried before reassembly.
The container can be emptied of residues and, if it can be removed, it must be cleaned with a jet of running water or immersed in

No part of the product is suitable for cleaning in dishwashers or under high-pressure water jets.
After maintenance, all parts of the product should be thoroughly dried.
Transport and storage
If the product is not to be used for a longer period of time, turn it o
ff
and unplug the power cord from the socket. Thoroughly clean
and dry the product.
If stored, keep the product indoors, and make sure it is not exposed to dust, dirt, or moisture. It is recommended to store the
product in its original packaging.
The place of storage of the product should protect the machine from unauthorised access.
Store and transport the product in the working position. Do not tilt or place the products in layers. Do not place anything on the
product.
The band saw can be stored mounted on the product. It can also be stored in separate, lockable containers. Regardless of the
storage method, the band saw must be cleaned and preserved before storing it.
