9.2.15 If Output Frequency Does Not Rise to Frequency Reference
J
The frequency reference is within the jump frequency range.
D
When the jump frequency function is used, the output frequency does not change within the jump fre-
quency range.
D
Check to be sure that the jump frequency (constants d3-01 to d3-03) and jump frequency width (constant
d3-04) settings are suitable.
J
The frequency reference upper limit has been reached.
D
The output frequency upper limit is determined by the following formula:
Maximum output frequency (E1-04)
u
Frequency reference upper limit (d2-01) / 100
D
Check to be sure that the constant E1-04 and d2-01 settings are suitable.
9.2.16 Winding change error has occurred
J
T
he motor does not perform winding change.
D
Magnetic contactor excitation is not performed properly. Check power supply to magnetic contactor.
D
Magnetic contactor is wired incorrectly. Check the wiring and correct the cause.
D
Magnetic contactor is not working. Replace the magnetic contactor with a new one.
D
The winding change signals are not received properly (When winding change is selected. ) Check the
constant settings.
D
Winding change frequency (P1-01) and winding change hysteresis (P1-02) are not set properly. Adjust
the constant settings.
D
Max. output frequency (E1-04) and Motor 2 max. output frequency are not set properly. Adjust the set-
tings.
J
C
licking sound from magnetic contactor
D
One of the following constants is not set properly : Min. baseblock time (L2--03) , Voltage recovery time
(L2-04), Speed search deceleration time (b3--03), or Acceleration time (C1--01). Check the constants
and adjust the settings.
J
OV
(Overvoltage) is detected during winding change.
D
Voltage recovery time (L2-04) is set too low. Verify the setting.
J
O
C (Overcurrent) is detected during winding change.
D
Either Min. baseblock time (L2-03) or Voltage recovery time (L2-04) is set too low. Verify the settings.
