NOTICE: 

The terminals HC, H1, H2 are used for the Safe Disable function. Do not remove the wire link between HC, H1, or H2 unless 

the Safe Disable function is used. 

Refer to Safe Disable Input Function on page 34

 when using this function.

NOTICE: 

The wiring length to the terminals HC, H1 and H2 should not exceed 30 m.
