TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

5.3.1 Main shift module

The main shift module is a constant-mesh type
transmission.

(1)

Operating the main shift lever activates the
shifter (A) (B) so that they engage gears
53R, 49L and 41R.

(2)

Gears 53R, 49L and 41R are always
engaged with gears 21L/27R/33L on the
main shaft (C). The engine rotation is
transferred to the driven shaft (D).
