Last valid calibration has been activated. Make sure the
sensor operates correctly.

Invalid user calibration has been replaced by last valid user
calibration. Caution! Wrong measured values possible.
Carry out a new successful calibration to make sure the
sensor operates correctly.
IC6339
The invalid user calibration was replaced by the factory cal-
ibration. Caution! Wrong measured values possible. Check
whether the sensor operates correctly or carry out a new
successful calibration.
IC7339
This message shows the result of the last check (see
section 6.2.2)
