Software License Agreement
Use of the enclosed software program, "Software", is subject to the soft-
ware license terms set forth below. Using the Software indicates your
acceptance of these license terms. If you do not accept these license terms,
you must return the unused product, all manuals and documentation, and
proof of purchase, to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Xpeed, Inc. and its suppliers grant you a nonexclusive license to use one
copy of the Software. The Software is in use if it is loaded on the com-
puter’s permanent or temporary memory. You may make two copies of the
Software only for backup and archival purposes. No other rights are
granted.
You may not disassemble, de-compile, reverse-engineer, or modify the
Software in any way without the prior written consent of Xpeed, Inc.
The Software is owned and copyrighted by Xpeed, Inc. and its licensors.
Your license confers no title to, or ownership in, the Software and is not a
sale of any rights to the Software.
Your license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the Soft-
ware. Upon transfer, you must deliver the Software, including any copies
and related documentation, to the transferee. The transferee must accept
these license terms as a condition to the transfer.
Xpeed, Inc. may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply
with any of these license terms. Upon termination, you must immediately
destroy all copies and/or versions of the Software.
