Warranty and Liability
Under the typical terms of purchase, the delivered equipment
is covered by XOS’ standard warranty for a period of one (1)
year from the date of shipment. If any covered malfunction or
damage occurs during this period, necessary repairs or parts
replacement shall be made by XOS or designated service
personnel. The warranty does not apply when the equipment
is:
• Used in any manner contrary to the instructions in the
Guide
• Used in any manner not specified by XOS
• Operated in an unsuitable environment
• Modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than
XOS-authorized personnel
• Subject to an accident, mishap, disaster, or abuse
Product specifications, product appearance, and the
contents of this Guide are all subject to change
without notice. This document contains
manufacturer’s recommendations and guidelines
only. This document is not intended to replace,
supersede, or void the user’s internal safety or QC
requirements, instructions, or guidelines. XOS
assumes no liability for any use of this Guide beyond
that granted by XOS’ warranty terms of sale.
