Voltage Measurement Specifications
Voltage measurement capabilities are present in the 2000M instrument. To
measure voltage, access the instrument’s “Measurement” mode.
In Voltage Measurement mode (-0.15 to +0.15V):

A 90 day absolute accuracy is 0.01% +1µV +3ppm +1
µ
V throughout the
temperature range.
•
A 1 year absolute accuracy is 0.02% +1µV +3ppm +1
µ
V throughout the
temperature range.
Thermocouple Specifications
The specifications for Thermocouple simulation and measurements are
shown in Table 9. All temperatures are given in ºC, the desired temperature
may be defined in the instrument in either ºC or ºF units. The required output
voltage is internally computed from the entered temperatures from N.I.S.T.
look-up tables for the respective thermocouple type with interpolation.
Note:
Both cold and hot junction temperatures may be entered.
