Job Operation Rights
Enable Job Operation Rights for All Users or System Administrator Only with this
feature. This sets permissions to allow general users or Systems Administrators to
delete jobs from the device print queue.

Image Overwrite Security
Immediate Image Overwrite
Immediate Image Overwrite is a security measure for customers who are
concerned about unauthorized access and duplication of classified or private
documents.
The Immediate Image Overwrite feature erases all residual image data from the
machine immediately after each job has been processed without requiring the
machine to be taken offline.
When the Network Controller is fitted, the feature overwrites the following jobs:

Print
•
Scanning
•
Server Fax send (when an Embedded Fax card is also fitted and enabled)
When the Embedded Fax card is fitted and enabled, the feature overwrites the
following jobs:
•
Embedded Fax receive
•
Embedded Fax send
•
Server Fax send (when a Network Controller is fitted)
•
Embedded Fax report
