Clearing Media Jam (J-11)

J-11 is indicated when the media is misfed between the Cutter and the Photoreceptor
Drum.

1. Pull out the Bypass Feeder, Drawer 1 and 2.

2. If a cut sheet of media is present, remove it and go to step 7.

• If the media is not yet cut, continue with the next steps.
