To set the job flow sheet to execute automatically when a new document is saved to the folder, select A

To exit, touch C

Clloossee again.

Unlinking a Job Flow Sheet from a Folder

To cut the link between a job flow sheet and a folder:

At the control panel, press the M

Maacchhiinnee SSttaattuuss button.

On the Tools tab, touch SSeettuupp >> SSeettuupp >> C

Crreeaattee FFoollddeerr.

From the list, select the folder that you want to unlink from the linked job flow sheet.

On the Create / Delete screen, select LLiinnkk JJoobb FFlloow

w SShheeeett ttoo FFoollddeerr.

On the Link Job Flow Sheet to Folder screen, touch C

Cuutt LLiinnkk.

To confirm the link cut, at the prompt, touch YYeess. The link between the folder and the job flow sheet is
removed.

Deleting a Folder

Note: When deleting a folder, all files in the folder are deleted. If a job flow sheet is linked to the folder, the
job flow sheet is deleted.

To delete a folder:

At the control panel, press the M

On the Tools tab, touch SSeettuupp >> SSeettuupp >> C

Crreeaattee FFoollddeerr.

On the Create Folder screen, select the folder that you want to delete.
