3.2 Basic Operations of the Menu Screen

Press Online .
3.2.2 Basic Menu Operations
The following illustrates how to use the control panel. The example used below will show
you how to configure the job timeout settings.
(The printer is offline)
(Menu screen)
Press Menu .
Press Set/Eject . The sub-menu a level down from the current menu will be displayed.
Press until the sub-menu you want appears.
Press Set/Eject . This will bring you to the next level down.
Press buttons several times to reach the desired value.
Press Set/Eject . This will confirm the setting.
Press Online .
This will end the Menu screen and return to the Print screen.
Once the display has moved to the Menu
screen, the printer will automatically enter into
a state where it is unable to print.
An "*" will appear next to the current setting.
A "*" will appear next to the specified
setting to confirm that the setting is
currently selected.
