Replacing the Consumables
For details on the replacement procedure for the
consumables, refer to the procedure listed in the
packaging of each consumable or the User Guide
6.1 Replacing Consumables.
If the toner cartridge that must be replaced is not
in the front of the printer, follow the procedure
below.
1. Press the <Menu> button to display the
Menu screen.
2. Press the < > or < > button until [Replace
Toner] is displayed, then press the < > or
<Eject/Set> button.
3. Press < > or < > until the color of toner to
replace appears, and press the < > or
<Eject/Set> button.
The toner cartridge carrier rotates.
4. When the specified toner cartridge is moved
to the front of the printer, “Ready to replace”
message is displayed.

You can download the latest print driver from our

1. Click [About] on the [Detailed Settings] tab of
the printer properties dialog box.
2. Click [Fuji Xerox Web Site]. The web
browser will be activated and the web site
displayed.
3. Following the instruction, download the
corresponding print driver.

Click [Fuji Xerox Web Site] on the screen that is
displayed when the CD-ROM is inserted.
