2.2 About the Paper

Tape must not be present on the adhesive part of an envelope.
Envelopes that have already been sealed may be used except when the ad-
hesive has become sticky due to conditions such as high temperature and
humidity.

When printing on pre-printed postcards, even the slightest bend may cause
the paper to jam, so special care must be used to ensure flatness when plac-
ing postcards in the feeder tray. Printing on multi-colored postcards is not
recommended.
