Description
Dry Ink smears when
rubbed
Black pages
Blank pages
Possible Cause
Print media is moist.
Print media is outside of the rec-
ommended specifications.
The DocuColor Copy / Print Car-
tridge is old or damaged.
The high-voltage power supply
may be defective. The scanner
function may be defective.
Two or more sheets may be
feeding at once.
The DocuColor Copy / Print Car-
tridge is old or damaged.
Dry Ink in a Dry Ink Cartridge
is low.
The high-voltage power supply
may be defective.
Action
Replace the print media.
